  • Q: What is your return policy?                                                                                           
    A:
    If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us! We want you to be happy, and will accept returns within 30 days and in the same condition in which they were received.                                                                                                                    
  • Q: I am looking for a specific book (or additional copies of a book) that I do not see listed. Do you have other books?                                                                 
    A: If you are searching for a specific book, or for additional copies, you are certainly welcome to ask us. (We are not allowed to sell unlisted items, BUT, if we have a book that you are looking for in stock and not listed yet, we will be happy to list it in our store, then notify you so that you can check it out and see if you are interested.
  • Q: What types of payments does PayPal accept?                                                           
    A:
    PayPal payment would obviously be made through PayPal and (according to eBay's site) apparently is defined as follows: "funded by PayPal account balance, credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Buyer Credit...".
  • Q: Can I pay you directly without using PayPal?                                                               
    A:
    You can use Pay Pal to pay or you can pay us directly by mailing us a check or money order. Once we have received your cleared payment, we will ship your order.
  • Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? (I live in the Continental USA.)                
    A:
    USPS 'Media Mail'(which I normally use to mail books) states 3-10 (business) days for delivery. I cannot control the postal service's delivery time after it ships. Our policy is to normally mail the next business day after payment is complete. One exception to this would be if a customer has asked me to hold items until they complete their order.
  • Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? (I live OUTSIDE the Continental USA.)   
    A:
    If you live outside the Continental USA, shipping time varies. I normally try to mail using USPS First Class International shipping on packages that I ship internationally, & communicate with customers after mailing about when it left and what the 'customs' number is on the tag. Unfortunately that is not the same as a 'delivery confirmation' number.
  • Q: Do you have any shipping discounts for DOMESTIC (within the UNITED STATES) combined orders?                                                                                                                   
    A:
    Yes. Any reductions in shipping that will result from the combination of items in your order should show up at 'checkout'. Our ProStore uses an interactive shopping cart that will provide a shipping estimate as each item is added or removed.
  • Q: How much is the Shipping Charge on book orders?                                                     
    A:
    Domestic (within the USA) shipping should show on your cart as an estimate when you put an item(s) in your cart, with the EXCEPTIONS being an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDER.   • Q: Do you ship internationally?                                                                                           
    A:
    We are willing ship internationally. Contact us to find out what the additional shipping cost would be. We can provide you with a specific amount, insert that NEW shipping amount on invoice, and after your payment is finalized we ship. Our shipping amounts in our listings, shipping discounts, & shipping promotions are ONLY for orders within U.S.A.
  • Q: Can I find out before ordering what my shipping will be for an 'International Shipping' order for BOOKS?                                                                                                   
    A:
    Yes. You can e-mail us for an amount for a specific book (or a specific combination of books), we can inform you of that amount, you can then order the book(s), then WAIT to pay until I have sent you an adjusted invoice that includes the NEW/adjusted shipping amount. THEN pay that new invoice, and I can then ship. e-mail us: jlossing@sbcglobal.net
  • Q: What is the shipping rate for JUST BOOKMARKS in the USA?                                     
    A:
    Bookmarks are usually shipped differently (normally first class), unless you include them with your book purchase (in which case there is no additional charge - when added to a book order). In the USA, the shipping charge is $1.49 for one bookmark, $1.75/total for more than one bookmark (on same order).
  • Q: What is the shipping rate for JUST BOOKMARKS for an 'International Shipping' order?                                                                                                                                        
    A:
    There should be a shipping calculator for international shipping on each bookmark listing. This should allow you to calculate your shipping and get an estimate within the checkout process.
  • Q: If I e-mail you with a question, will a real person respond? How quickly will I get an answer?                                                                                                
    A: I/we try to monitor the website to a reasonable degree. Most of the time it is just me (Sheri), and NORMALLY I see and can answer a question within a couple of hours in the middle of the day, and normally check once or twice in the evenings and before bed. There are exceptions and times we actually leave for longer, sickness, etc., though... If you cannot wait, you can call us at: 616-447-0213.             
  • Q: What if I REALLY want a book, and don't want to wait and take a chance of someone else 'buying' it first?                                                                        
    A: You can make your 'purchase'(s), and wait to actually 'pay' until I send you an invoice with the correct shipping charge on it. THEN pay on the adjusted/NEW invoice I sent you, and then I can ship :)
